For me, it has to be tea. I’m an incurable tea drinker and after going a few weeks without it, I’d do a lot for a lukewarm bottle.
Also, razor blades. I like to keep my smooth shave.

A typewriter. If our commune/compound is large enough to support cottage industry then a printing press. Gotta get this “the apocalypse and you” manifesto rolling for the masses
