A combination of agricultural collapse from climate change forcing urbanisation, A reduction of neoliberal oppression from weakening European/US influence, and Chinese support and transitions to a high tech manufacturing economy will cause a massive shit in basic/consumer manufacturing power towards Africa and a resulting increase in political power.
