I feel bad for you, I had a really similar experience in college.

I don’t wish well for many of the people I knew in college, it wasn’t fair that I had to put my life on hold for years, pay off all my insane student loans with multiple shitty, hard and dangerous jobs while they got to go get married and work in the field we both studied or not work at all. Every great thing they do is because of their wealth and privilege, if you have those things and you don’t do well, you’re a fucking idiot and it’s all your fault. All that I’ve accomplished was in spite of all my set backs, I can be proud of it. That being said, given that I was more or less destined to live a shitty life, I personally think I’m better off in the long run for having those experiences. I can live my life a little bit closer to the truth and thus make decisions more wisely because of it.

If you’re here defending the rich girl learning that poor people exist, you’re probably upper class too honestly.

I don’t know what I’m trying to say really but I feel like it’s completely natural to hate the people who are oblivious to how they make yours and everyone else’s life worse.
