Looks like a plastic toy
The only cool new phone I’d spend money on (if I had it) is that Samsung flip one. Nostalgia from the flip phones of the early 2000s, but modern. The fold one is way too big though.
Wonder how long the screens last on those things.
Also the Tesla phone looks like shit. Why does it have an ass crack? Doesn’t it make holding it super awkward?
I will never buy a folding screen because I don’t trust them to not eventually form a crease or break.
True, though I saw the latest ones in person at the mall (I think it’s the fourth generation now) and the crease is basically invisible if the screen is on. If the screen is off, yeah it looks pretty tacky. And the crease will probably get worse with use. Which is why I wonder how long they’ll last.
Placing my Tesla phone on a flat surface and having it rock back and forth like a wobbly table when I tap the screen.
