I prefer having it blank rather than “none/use name” tbh, it just implies the same thing and looks cleaner, but whatever comes out of this online struggle session I guess. There are way more important things out there to discuss than pronoun tags on an internet website where you’re anonymous for the most part.
i would strongly prefer “none/use name” as a default, so people who choose “none” aren’t singled out. Im confused as to why this change is being shit on as “not important” (not necessarily by you, but mostly in yesterdays thread)… like okay… we are all here just sharing memes… but when trans people need this tiny scrap, it’s too much, it’s horoscopes and witchcraft, it’s the site losing it’s edge and collapsing into permanent liberalism. it just sucks.
