Why do boomers feel the need to give constant, unwanted, advice?

Seriously. I don’t want your opinion or your “expertise” or anything. Keep your experiences and feelings to yourself.

Let me live my life. If I want advice or help, I’ll ask people I trust.

This applies to actual boomers and online boomers, and also to people who have a boomer mindset.

One of the benefits to being unemployed is that when an old person bothers me while I’m doing my own business I can just tell them to fuck off

They have no recourse

It’s the antidote to having worked retail for years
