I swear TERF brain is some kind of metaphysical thought virus. Once someone starts down the TERF path it begins to eat away at their personality and after a while there’s nothing left of them but seething rage at the idea that someone might just be chilling out playing New Vegas somewhere in peace.

Once you commit to shifting the blame because it would be too costly for you otherwise (a lot of rage at men being directed at trans women) you add additional costs to not keeping the blame shifted, but it doesn’t resolve your situation so you have to keep escalating
