I can see it now: ACLU sues because it’s blatantly against Obergefell, fed court decides whatever the fuck it wants, whoever loses appeals, the appeals court decides whatever the fuck it wants, whoever loses appeals again, suddenly Clarence Thomas is saying well now we have to re-examine Obergefell, you guys.
