Vine lost too much in the transition to Musically as some creators just went to YouTube instead. And the transition from Musically to TikTok was even worse (for Vine-style content).
Basically all that remains are a few cool edit vids like Zach King and music/dance vids.

Well I assumed you meant what app replaced the former, not what app replicated vine’s format. In the latter case, yeah none of them replaced vine.
