That said, I do think it’s bullshit for the US to focus on a Chinese company when there’s so many shitty domestic ones they have direct jurisdiction over. They are just bullying TikTok US into selling at a loss, it’s just blatant theft. All the concern trolling over Chinese spying is laughable when they have the FBI department at Facebook, and they can actually execute and arrest you
Wouldn’t that include this website, too? Social media can be terrible for you, but it can be enjoyable if you engage with it responsibly.
