That’s not really the way media law works no one would go to jail here. It’s like how laws that regulate sugar content in drinks don’t result in arrests

you… make a good point, I think I was driven a bit feral by seeing people compare this to fuckin loli elsewhere in the thread. while that is still sometimes how it goes if you’re some kinda zine queer and the law has something against you, it’s not the case the majority of the time. still, don’t think it’s worth banning regardless
