He’s this guy right? That’s wild that he’s somewhat known for computer science stuff, but it’s par for the course when looking at any internet archive from the 80s. Half the people there were tech research nerds actively working on building the infrastructure of the internet. It’s surreal sometimes to see usernames on there with DARPA affixed to it. Department of Defense tech ghouls arguing about Star Trek continuity in 1983 on a BBS community of 3 people nationwide
