First off, don’t make a fuss when you get home, just go straight outside with the dog to the normal place she can pee. Then make a big fuss when she pees outside. That dog looks about 6 months old, dogs can go about their age in months -1 hours between needing to pee, so not more than 5~ hours. Make sure she is getting outside more often than that. Make sure she goes out when you get up and go to bed, and also any time she wakes up from a sleep and after she eats. It gets easier as they get older, and they are very worth the companionship if you treat them well.
