It could be. It definitely wouldn’t surprise me. Though as I understand it (because I know which house they are wanting) is they put in their offer before I made mine.
I really really hate REA games with offers and counter offers. I know the thrill of the bargain plus amount of commission is a major motivator for them, but it’s really really hard on us normal people. I never did see what people saw in auctions, but at least the pain is over quickly I guess.
Whatever is the problem I hope that it is resolved soon so that you know what you’re up against instead of leaving you hanging.
