Question - what’s your go-to breakfast? Mine is nothing at the moment, or just a protein shake.

I usually skip brekky and just have a larger lunch, but if I have a full day planned, I’ll have either weetbix or jam toast

Toast with home-made jam or marmalade (either my own or what my Nan sends me) and occasionally I add a boiled egg. In the summer I’ll swap it for a bit of pureed apple (also home-made, ocassionally I throw in some pear) or yoghurt.

Pick and mix combination of: potato, sardines, baked beans, eggs, rice. Normally two or three of those together
