All? Lemmy.world, to me, feels like a giant AstroTurf targeting the large crowds having left from Reddit

I would prefer to avoid having to ban every individual page on each instance that gains in popularity across lemmy.

Is the only option to host one myself?

I have to agree. I haven’t had any good political interactions with anyone from lemmy.world

The reddit lib energy there is off the charts.
