Police have arrested the driver of a vehicle that struck several pedestrians before colliding with two other vehicles near the corner of Bourke and Russell streets in Melbourne’s CBD this evening

Typical evening in Gotham City.

I just got back from the CBD, the incident would have occurred sometime between 6-7pm-ish. I didn’t see it becuase I was having dinner near the GPO, but walked up Bourke St about an hour ago. Lots of police, fire, ambulance, sirens and police tape.

Superintendent Dunstan said the arrested man was known to police already. “He is recorded with us for some mental health interactions,” she said.

Well why did you let him out in public you fucking goon?
