He started saying they should have imprisoned him forever instead of immediate death penalty. Which like, c’mon, I know you are against death penalty but c’mon
the death penalty is a far kinderpunishment than life in prison, unless maaaaaaybe if its a cushy prison with other people
That’s where I always get whatabouty. Like, why should leaders get off easier than combatants when they have more agency in the conflict? What about all the noncombatants who got it worse than ol’ Benny did?
