The search in the emoji browser (the smiley button( has tags now.
I think it does a pretty good job.
It is matching what you type in the search with the emoji name though. So for :no-fash: it doesn’t help when you think mussolini upside down etc. It does in fact search tags!
There’s a better search that uses tags. Click the smile button beside bold, italics, and link button.
