My partner went to our local Service Centre to talk to someone about it; they reckon they can’t expedite it as there are a metric fuckton of claims and not enough staff to process, unfortunately. I don’t believe we are the only ones experiencing this, but it is painful ugh

Maybe give their complaints a ring and explain it to them. I believe they’re held to account and this better at solving problems if they stuffed up and maybe you could get it expedited through that channel.

Can I ask and maybe you could DM me, when is your rent due?

Rent is due tomorrow for $1868 (i dont mind saying this publically lol)🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ i should have emailed earlier but I was hoping that C-link would pay the claim before yesterday lol.

We were advised that Complaints cant do anything for us, until after 13 weeks of waiting, but my partner will call them Monday morning anyway.

Oh damn. That’s sooner than I thought.

You might have to talk to the real estate agent after all.
