Rewatching Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging for first time since I was teen, and I have to say it was an excellent film then and it’s an excellent film now. I remember my best friend being upset at the start when the main character complains about her nose because she has the exact same one, and I didn’t understand how mortifying it was because I was a boy. I also remember badgering her about the slang because she’d moved from Wales the year before.
