Rice n Dahl n veggies.
Omelette w/out cheese - currently tofu and capsicum.
Leb bread sardine/salad wrap.

I’ve gone with instant ramen with two eggs cracked in. It’s okay I guess. Could use some cheese

Coles pre-made salad (the little square ones) heated up in the microwave - the packet of dressing really makes it yummy. And it knocks over 4 serves of veggies out of 5 for the day. Then one can have POTATOES as the 5th vegetable for dinner!
