Ugh, I can never be late, I always am at least 30 minutes early if I can help it. If I’m late I turn into an anxious mess. I dont think you’re putting high expectations on them, pretty standard etiquette to msg if you know you’ll be late (if you’re able to of course).
But having a conversation with her may be a good idea; she may have shit going on at home that could be the cause of her tardiness. But an open conversation with meaningful communication would be a way to find out and offer supports (EAP as an example).
Yeah I will like always message my boss to let him know I’ll be late even if I’m like 30 seconds late, I’m just like “nope!”.
Yeah I might let her know again. Because I just, I don’t want my time wasted when I could be doing something else. My boss will move training her to like in two weeks since Friday is Grand Final and then next weekend I’ll be enforcing at PAX.
