I think this freelancer is being really disrespectful of your time and it’s incredibly unprofessional. I reckon you need to lay down some hard boundaries. If you don’t she will just keep doing it.

Yeah, I definitely will just send another message. The other freelancer I’m looking after is great, I mean she’s been a bit slow to become independent, but she’s been on time, reachable (not saying I’m contacting her hours before work but a good 5-10 mins), like super nice. This other one is nice and is understanding what I’m training her in. But yeah like 10 - 30 minutes late without letting me/my boss know. It’s just… come on.
