Ok, I did click it, and it is the joke I was referencing but there is also an interview with Burr somewhere out there where he must be referencing this same joke and agreeing with it.
I’ll go look for it again, I guess.

Your link includes a timestamp that is after the joke referenced - if you remove everything after the last big M - the ampersand, little t, etc - it should work:
