I don’t really know since I’m not from FL, but I would probably vote yes based on the above .

Basically, I don’t know.
From that article: “But if Republican and no-party affiliation voters could participate in that primary, the electorate is suddenly much whiter, which could influence the outcome of the primary. A Democrat is still likely to come out ahead in a general election, but there’s a greater chance that the Democratic candidate advancing would be white, Shaw said.”
I’m not sure I follow the logic there.
