He hasn’t really passed any major anti-gay/bi legislation, just anti-trans stuff. And not only do trans people make up a smaller percent of the community, but the most known piece of legislation is anti-trans in the military which isn’t gonna actually affect many trans people’s lives. So I’m not really surprised. Plus like with Hilary, people know Bidens past and know that he isn’t much of an ally.
