Poll workers report numbers from tally spreadsheets to the news media. Sometimes there’s a delay in between different candidates’ tallies being reported, and the website refreshes faster than the data can be reported to the goons doing manual data entry. Early votes for Biden got counted in one lump sum, but the early votes for Trump from that batch hadn’t been reported yet because again, manual process involving a lot of Excel sheets and phone calls. CHUD sees the vote totals during one of these “lag” periods while shit is still being entered for Trump. Antics ensue.
