I just noticed how in Russian “enemy” (ВРАГ) and “brother” (БРАТ) are only different in writing by two small lines.

Well it might be ironic, especially in case of those exposed to anglo internet, but if Slav calls you “brother” seriously it is a big thing. It’s easy to recognize though because it usually happens after long and close friendship.
