No package again, I’m going to fkn scream. I only ordered it online because it wasn’t available in-store. I called stupid Startrack and got hung up twice before they told me it’ll “probably” come tomorrow. Then the lady said she had lodged another complaint for me and proceeded to give me my previous complaint number insisting that both complaints will be under that one number, double bullshit.
Tempted to be extra annoying and call the company and see if they have anything to say.
I’m in the same boat - only mine is even funnier. Amazon sent me a message yesterday that they couldn’t access their own locker and they’d “try again”. Not sure when they’ll try again, but as of 5pm today it still hasn’t been delivered.
Edit: parcel was delivered at 18:08.
Oh God, my housemate just had an issue with them sending a teenie tiny plastic chair instead of the actual thing she ordered. They won’t refund the item until the teenie tiny plastic chair has been return either.
Amazon’s return policy can be quite annoying. I once bought a 2 pack of cat litter and only received one bag. Instead of doing the sensible thing and either sending another bag or refunding half the cost, they insisted I send back the one bag I did receive to get a full refund.
