For real. My first job out of college was basically looking at the same production floor I used to work on from a slightly removed angle (engineer instead of laborer). Seeing how shit the people in charge of the decisions that affect them are and how just awful it can all be made me go from “capitalism works I suppose” to “wow this system sucks” in a matter of months.
