This? Federate emoji sizing #2063
Instances federated with others (mostly hexbear) are finding that custom emojis on federated instance arenโt rendered at the same size as locally. This change embeds a โemojiโ string in the markdown title to signify that it is an image that is intended to be rendered the same size as a local custom emoji.
Test:

On jerboa, if you tap on an emoji to make it fullscreen, it stays magnified after you back out. Even after you leave the thread and come back, the emoji stays huge.
