I haven’t even seen them in goth kink clubs or some of the more extreme gay bars/clubs here. Must be something I’m missing.

American stalls are already terrible, so putting a hole in the wall isn’t that big of a deal.
Take pride in having stalls of such quality nobody dares desecrate their structural integrity.
