I have been fighting with auspost literally for years. Finally just submitted a complaint to the ombudsman, sent the reference number to AusPost and my issue was miraculously fixed and I received two different apologies.

they just stopped delivering parcels, and couldnā€™t give a reason why. they always gave an excuse, which I could always prove false.

yup, thatā€™s ours. Oh we canā€™t access teh driveway oh thereā€™s too much traffic oh itā€™s an oh&s issue. yeah when your own staff deliver shit on top of other vendors, itā€™s just one guy, thatā€™s a pile of horseshit. Final straw was them demanding proof my driveway is safe to access. Based on an 8 month old comment by one driver. Ombudsman can deal with them.
