I’m leaning Roz since Cuba is the one AES state its kinda socially acceptable for westoids to have a kinda positive opinion of.

It seems to me like Cuba became more acceptable to western / NATO leftists when it became more common knowledge how ahead-of-the-curve they are on LGBT stuff. I have no evidence, just anecdotally, I noticed a shift around the time Cuba passed that big bill that codified tons of rights.
Like “oh I finally learned one whole thing about Cuba, they did a democracy to be nice to the LGBT-types that I sexually harass on social media DMs, they’re good now.” Which … alright, fuck it. I’ll take it.
