I wondered if it was AI. You make a great point and the “Pay rent” should be “To pay rent” and the circular text and the unnecessary diagonal theme. Everything feels like a hodgepodge that was copy-and-pasted together.

oh, I honestly didn’t think of that, but the person shows zero signs of being AI generated in my opinion. But the ad is 100% surgically cut out to appeal to 20-somethings who need extra cash
