Denormalize recording and streaming people in public. Especially if you’re trying to get people onto public transportation, many potential riders are going to be put off by the idea of being photographed and recorded.
real talk if somebody takes a picture of me on the subway without asking me i’m gonna fight them, that’s fucking weird

Sure, don’t record people in public, but I don’t think it makes any difference in public transport ridership. Most people just pick whatever gets them to their destination quickest (and affordable). The problem is that in many cases this is the car.
