Oh I think I misunderstood the person I was replying to, I thought they were referring to Chinese IP theft in terms of industry stuff. I agree that art is a different story.

If you misuse technology to the degree our shitty system has it should be stolen on that principle alone.

If I bought a car solely for the purpose of driving it through a playground to smush children into jelly I deserve to have my car stolen.
