I’m trying to figure out how I should play the situation/what should I even do. I mean, I’ve only ever read social media posts about this type of thing, but being in the middle of it is so god damn uncomfortable. I don’t really even know how to try to talk to my coworker to see if the manager in question tried to pull anything on her. I mean, I’m approaching my mid twenties and I’m sure she’s sick to death of older guys trying to corner her in the first place

If you think your age/gender might put her off from having a conversation about this with you, maybe there’s an adult female co-worker you could ask to speak to her?
