Troll racial traits increase your attack speed while orc traits increase your damage output. Both increase overall DPS and make you a more effective rogue/hunter.

Human racial traits give you extra mace skill which, at least when I mained one, had a chance to stun with each hit making them a good choice for PVP

But that doesn’t stack so you only need one for the group. It’s good for you until you reach hit cap but I’d rather have increased attack speed, stun chance for interrupting spellcasting, or raw damage. If I’m in a guild that takes DPS seriously enough to min-max hit chance, they’re probably farming raids that can fill that out fast.
