We’ve already seen amazingly fast progress with PS4 emulation and it looks like Xbox One emulation is finally becoming a reality too

I don’t even care about Xbone games. I just hope we can somehow get our hands on the internal emulator Xbox One and Series consoles use for original Xbox and Xbox 360 backwards compatibility

is that better than existing community ones? hell i wouldn’t be surprised if it’s based on them

Massively better. Xbox and Xbox 360 emulation is perfect even on the lowly base Xbox One from 2013 and games have enhancement patches enabling higher resolutions and frame rates (on a game by game basis) whereas Xemu and Xenia are still very hit and miss and Xenia needs a pretty beefy GPU if you want to try upscaling

They’re so far behind PS2 and PS3 emulation (not to mention GC, Wii and WiiU emulation) it’s not even funny
