I think the top is actually the synthesis of the left and right, and the left and right are in a dialectical relationship. 🤔

On the one hand we have sex as a loving, romantic, close relationship. This is in direct contradiction with sex as being violent, animalistic, and egotistical. Yet they are both equally true opposites, the dialect between them is sex. Hence, sex is sex.
