Provel cheese, sweeter sauce, and a cracker-thin crust. It’s a delicious but very… polarizing style of pizza. The key to enjoying it is not to try and compare it to any other style of pizza. Just take a bite and let the magic take you where it wants to.

Not a fan of thin crispy. Kinda prefer he NY style but there is a place called mellow mushroom that makes some awesome pizza. LOVE to get pesto on the side to dip it in.

I HATE Mellow Mushroom’s pizza for whatever reason. I’ve never tried their thin crust fwiw but their hand-tossed is doughy trash.
