Cyberpunk players: Does customizing your genitals actually *do* anything? Or was that whole aspect basically just a publicity stunt?

Like, do you get stat boosts?

A friend of mine says there’s prostitutes in the game, do they make comments or something?

If I was in charge, and your character had a penis, Keanu would say this to you verbatim somewhere in the game.

It would have been trivial to just, ya know, let you pick your pronouns? But I guess that was a step to far for them 🙄

Probably just locked in the voice lines and realized they weren’t going to go back and redo them with alternate pronouns so they said fuck it and cut corners by just tying the lines to voice actor
