I read all the .txt files, ban evasion was easy as breathing. In a cutthroat world where suddenly saying the N word was considered peak comedy, the elders from our IRC era gone. Anyone with a brain could become the lord of trolls. And so I studied, I learned English from memes. I knew every internet weirdo that got famous. Old hackers and future democratic primary candidates.
I remember having a personal web page with my ban count listed. I don’t keep track anymore. On Chapo you can just make a new account and the mods will pretend they don’t know.
People should either be caressed or crushed. If you do them minor damage they will get their revenge; but if you cripple them there is nothing they can do. If you need to injure someone, do it in such a way that you do not have to fear their vengeance.
