Does anyone have a link to the report linking major western universities to the opium wars?

I know I read a while back about how Oxford, Cambridge, and Harvard had stakes in the Opium wars (or was it the opium trade?) but I’m having a hell of a time finding it. Googling just gives me the respective university’s reference page for the war.
