maybe! and maybe it won’t come at all, until its just a few ghouls in a bunker and its less a revolution and more a stampede of the last few shattered remnants of non-ghoul humanity fleeing the acid rain and those last ghouls will die sad and broken and afraid and angry with their final pitiful lonely hoards like some incredibly shitty dragons.
