I’d say either a lottery for consumables like wasabi, or library socialism for durable goods like fur coats and Ferraris that you can check out for a couple weeks at a time

I feel like if you’re going to do this, you might as well just have people still working for some kind of currency, but all their basic needs are met. So like, yes, you can sit there and live a perfectly normal life with all the basic needs met even if you lose your job, but you can still work and get something better while paying [x] amount to the government for public works.

In short, you can’t own a yacht in the sense that you can use it whenever you want and exclude everyone else from it at all other times. There are yachts you can reserve (potentially using a reservation system similar to reserving any currently-existing common space), and when it’s your turn you use them and then return them for others to use.
