Here is the FAQ The Factions are gonna be Kislev, Cathay and Daemons of Chaos, and there are gonna be 9 legendary lords, i hope one of those is the Monkey king :le-monke:

Word of warning for pirating the whole game: the most recent cracked version is from a while ago and also from a seriously bugged game version where the game just stops working after a randomly after about 60ish turns.

If you don’t mind buying the base game it is possible to unlock all the DLC. This also lets you get regular updates and use mods.
