I get why people do the meal prep thing, but I hate the fact that it’s even a thing. Like why the f do we have to live in a society where we don’t even have enough time to cook for ourselves each day? I don’t wanna have to cook a giant batch of food for the rest of the week.

I mean, I could have made smaller meals but those tend to not work well with my appetite. I kinda eat small amounts constantly instead of large meals. Also cooking for one person per one meal doesnt always work well for me.
